A wide range of transfer film with design includes various colours and patterns for every kind of application. Suitable to finish leather, fabrics, microfiber and other materials.
Technical features
Rolls are 250 Mt long, thickness 25 micron, height 1500 mm, core 76 mm. These type of films have the “PET” as base material, the design is made by special inks.
Application
The transfer film is applied by hot pressing at a temperature of 110/120°C.
If the surface is uneven we suggest to pre-treat with polyurethane resins to obtain a better result.
TS Series Transfer film with design – partial transfer
A wide range of transfer film with design includes various colours and patterns for every kind of application. Suitable to finish leather, fabrics, microfiber and other materials.
Technical features
Rolls are 300 Mt long, thickness 19 micron, height 1500 mm, core 76 mm. These type of films have the “PET” as base material, the design is made by special inks.
Application
The transfer film is applied by hot pressing.
The surface needs to be pre-treated with thermo-adhesive. Temperature and speed depend on the adesive used.

Application
The transfer film is applied by hot pressing.
Treat the leather (or other materials) with chemicals, then apply the acid film at 80°C with a light pressure and the design will be transferred.
